Being a photographer can sometimes introduce the 'busman's holiday syndrome' ... meaning, that we often don't take photographs for pleasure. I think this is a factor that does not apply to the keen enthusiast. After all, I don't know many solicitors that would do some house conveyance for a weekends hobby but I have started to carry my camera around with me most of the time.

I am guilty of taking too many personal images on my iphone ... this is a debate that can be discussed time and time again ... but in my opinion photographs taken on a phone are not using the principles of photography using optical lenses. They are reproductions as taken my clever camera software and technology 'PHONE CAMERA'
